This song was originally written to compliment a recorder-vocal fuse wider opportunities project targetted at upper key stage 2, although it could equally be used for lower key stage 3. I have called it a "flexi-song" because most of melodies can be mixed and matched in the chorus depending on the abilities of the children. The song is supposed to be a fun way to consolidate the learning of these 5 notes on the recorder!
This song was written as a contrast to "The Forgiveness game", and was based on creative work using the parable of the unforgiving servant. The long phrases should be sung with good breath support and not be allowed to disappear! This could be sung as a stand alone or as part of any appropriate spirital/moral theme.
