"Just for Santa Claus" comes from Daniel Laubacher's school musical , a Christmas musical (ages 5 to 10) which uses the theme "global warming" (a very hot topic today!) as its focal point. The song is sung when the children of Santa's Village decide to take action against global warming. It's an easy-to-learn (and teach) song and hopefully fun for kids. At the song's conclusion there is a short two-part contrapuntal closing.
