Love Songs of Yehuda Halevi (2006) - wind quartet/quintet by David Rubenstein

Yehuda Halevi, a physician who lived 900 years ago in Spain, wrote poetry on a wide range of subjects. Four poems by Yehuda Halevi have been put to music here. These songs are for alto and woodwind quintet. The melodies are modal, hopefully in the style of Ladino folk songs.
