Here is Mozart at his most mature. The opera, The Magic Flute, was written during the final year of his lfe and the supreme craftsmanship of the overure will give great satisfaction to the skilled clarinet quartet. I have dedicated this arrangement to some friendly windblowers in The Phoenix Blackwood Clarinet Quartet, Arizona, USA.
