Masterful orchestration.
Barry shows his control over the ensemble and mood with this arrangement. The dark moving lower strings lead the listener to think that this Little Flower has some deep roots! However she blossoms after a while to be a beautiful rose. Barry writes the clarinet part so that any serious player can sound like he is improvising around the melody. Quite an achievement if you play the clarinet, an amazing feat if you do not! Once again, bravo!
