To the People of the Desert from the Opera ANALYKAH - orchestra by Daniel Laubacher
"To the People of the Desert" comes from Daniel Laubacher's children's opera Analykah and the Wonder of Shisura. It is sung by Akram, the leader of the desert community, and Queen Luloah, Analykah's mother. Princess Analykah had just been "kidnapped" and Akram was singing to the community with a plea for information with respect to her whereabouts.
