Viola Suite using First Position (2008) - solo instrument & piano by David Burndrett arr. David Burndrett (Instant Sheet Music)

I have composed this to help string players with first position and to have some fun! I have composed the suite of three pieces for Violin, Viola and Cello(in the same key), so if you have a large group of string players, it can be played together. The Cello part could be played by a Double Bass but in would not always be in first position. Great fun
Young students will have a lot of fun with this piece. The easy first position melodies are accompanied by a really cool piano part. Kids will want to practice this! Good luck with it.
