A "minute" may be a bit ambitious but at a good tempo it makes a nice party piece. I arranged for it clarinet and Wind Band some years ago with the idea of having any number of clarinets on the solo part! It didn't really work.

Just a Minute!
Some general information for the readers: The subtitle "Minute Waltz" comes from a misinterpretation of the word that means "minute, or small." So what was meant to be a small piece for piano, a trifle, became a challenge tossed out before generations of pianists who struggled to play the thing in 60 seconds, thus ruining the musicality of the piece. It is a waltz, not a race, and should be played with characteristic grace and charm, no matter how long it takes one to play it! About transcribing piano music for wind instruments, be careful to give the clarinetist breathing room! What can be done easily on the piano is not always so easy when breath is required. So let the piano take a measure of melody or a few notes here and there - just enough for the clarinetist to get some fresh air. Nice job on the transcription. You retained the nature of the original piece quite nicely and changed octaves without spoiling it. Chopin's melodies make wonderful wind melodies.
