The instrumentation is flexible allowing performance by differing instrumentation than that contained in the Full Score. Tuba parts may be played on a suitable keyboard bass. Bassoon (well cued) and Baritone Sax are interchangeable. There are treble clef parts for Trombone, Euphonium and Tuba and Eb Horns in addition to F Horns. The Percussion part can be played on a drum kit or by individual players. Timpani are not essential. Finally there is a cued Keyboard Reduction part to enable Band Directors to "Conduct" from the Keyboard.
