A Fine Work
I was thrilled to receive this piece from James. It's a beautiful little work that requires good musicianship from both the solo & acomp. lines. The contrasting centre section chages the mood very nicely. I personally take the tempo slightly faster than marked to add to the lilt of the 6/8. I shall be premiering this on May 10th.
