3 Short Pieces for Piano (1999) (1999) - solo instrument by Mark Feezell, Ph.D. (DrFeezell.com)

Three Short Pieces for Piano (1999) is a flashy set of pieces based on the row C-F-Ab-C#-E-A-D-G-Bb-Eb-F#-B that works great as a concert opener or encore piece. The first piece is lyrical, the second liberatingly percussive, and the third provides a playful closure to the set. Serene, Dynamic, Powerful
I enjoyed listening to these 3 miniatures. The first piece is very serene and calm. The rhythm flows, but is not constant with the tied notes and chords. A very pieceful movement. The second piece is quite dramatic. The chords a powerful and the rhythm is punctuated throughout with short rests, which help 'hide' the barline. The last piece, I liked the most. It has a motor/rhythmic type walking laft hand, but of course is not in a jazz style. The three pieces are a nice set. Well done indeed.
