Sweets (1982) - big band by Sammy Nestico (Sammy Nestico Music)
SWEETS
This tune is dedicated to jazz trumpeter Harry ?Sweets? Edison. It is a happy conversation between the band and the soloist. To achieve a good blend, all dynamics are in the mf range, with articulations playing a very important role. Listen to the CD recording, for a good example to emulate.

Great Song!
The band is good, the soloist is good, the song is good. I think this song shows exactly why I love bigband so much. The only one thing that would improve the song is transposing the solo to trombone (or even better, basstrombone).
Good work mate!
