Andante for String Quartet (2005) - string quartet/quintet by Kevin Riley
Not to be played at to rigid a tempo but then again only small tempo changes are needed. Dedicated to me friends at the Andover Light Orchestra and a bunny called Honey!

Atmospheric work!
I thoroughly enjoyed Kevin Riley's 'Andante' for String Quartet, and the new harmonic langauge th composer has taken with this piece, at times I was reminded of the sounds of Bartok.
I recommend the Andante to string quartets looking for new, interesting and atmospheric works to add to their repertoires.
