Abide With Me (Eventide) - Mixed Ensemble - mixed ensemble by William Henry Monk (1823-89) arr. Brendan Elliget

A straight foward arrangement for a mixed ensemble with flexible instrumentation: woodwind, brass, piano or organ and strings. The original tune (Eventide) by William Henry monk was composed in 1861. The Descant part can be played on Flute, Clarinet or Oboe during the last verse. This setting was designed for a small church group of various combinations and should work with a few instruments and a keyboard.
