"The Ocean Waves are high" comes from the school musical Ray and the Pirates of the Lost Cove. The song is sung when the Longworth Family are following the young whale "Ray" through a water way of dangerous rocks sticking out of the ocean waters. Eventually they make their way to the "Lost Cove" where Ray's whale parents are chained to the docks and are barely alive.
